Submissions must be original and should not have been published or under consideration for publication elsewhere, which will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.

After submission, you will receive email confirmation from the conference secretary through email within three working days, if not please contact icnea_conference@126.com.
Around two weeks, you will be notified about the review result and related guidance for registration if accepted. Please ensure to have a reply when you receive it. Not receiving any feedback more than two weeks, please contact the secretary for information to avoid any important process or date.
If you have no plan for publishing full paper and need to do one presentation orally or poster mode, you can directly download the template above to submit an abstract through online system.
